Groovy Server Pages and Emacs

Lennart Borgman (the owner of nxhtml) applied my patch on nxhtml. Then, nxhtml 1.97 comes with native support for Groovy Server Pages (GSP).

Note: The groovy-mode continue to be a requirement.
